Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We happily ship Kids38 products worldwide using USPS First Class Mail.

Postage Fees
Here are some simple flat rate shipping and handling fees:

$16.85 for one t-shirt
$4.20 for each additional t-shirt in the same order

Other Notes

Kids38 is not responsible for local duties or tariffs
Please allow 10-14 days for delivery
International customs may affect shipping time frame for delivery

How do I upload my image?

You can simply just scan the image and upload during the designing your own custom shirt.

Email from Smartphone, Tablet or PC
You can simply attach your photo to an email and send to hello@merch38.coom. Make sure to include some notes regarding your order: how many shirts, what sizes your shipping address. This is a good method to use if you snap a photo of your artwork with your phone.

Text Message from Cell Phone
You can simply send a photo of your artwork as a text message to the phone number 386-538-0338. Make sure to include some notes regarding your order: how many shirts, what sizes your shipping address.

Do you take bulk orders?

Yup! We can handle any order from 1 to 10,000. There are two ways we think about bulk orders:

Many Kids38 of Individual Designs
Common scenarios: birthday parties, schools/classrooms, and corporate activities.

10+T-shirts: 10% off regular pricing
20+:T-shirts: 20% off regular pricing

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any lower pricing on larger orders because every single T-shirt is uniquely designed.

Many T-shirts of the Exact Same Design

Please use the form below to request a quote for orders of 50+ t-shirts of the same design.
Quotes are based on size, quantity and complexity of a design. Quotations may also vary based on shipping service chosen.

How do I clean my T-shirt?

It is no secret that clothes are often made of such materials that require a lot of care. And DTG shirts are no exception.

There are a few precautions that we want you to know before washing your DTG printed shirts. Those tips are easy to follow and won’t take a lot of time and thinking before applying but if you want your shirts to remain wearable and preserve the artwork we’d love to recommend you the following tricks in our recent blog post.

We are so happy to hear that you love your shirt! We very much appreciate it and are so excited to print your design again! When reordering the products from Kids38, please include your original order number so that we can do our best to get your new order to the same designer.

For placing one more order with the same design we would be super happy to offer you 10% discount. Based on your request we will make the best printing of your design. Just chose the product which you wish to get with your design as a your next masterpiece.
